We know that there are many reasons a team can grow and shrink over time and there is no reason to pay for licensing that you aren't using. We will get an updated count of users from your practice management platform each month before your billing cycle and charge your monthly payment accordingly.
Because of the variable costs involved in processing and securely storing more data that is produced with each additional user, we do not currently offer bulk discounts. We will offer discounts on subscriptions paid yearly in the near future.
